Z I M M E R In ruhiger Nebenstraße von Frankfurt-Bockenheim, unweit vom Grüneburgburgpark und Leipziger Straße wurde vor wenigen Jahren in einer Altbauwohnung eine WG neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre eines gepflegten Wohnhauses aus dem Jahr 1900. Sie besteht insgesamt aus 3 Zimmern, einer großen Wohnküche, Diele, Bad und separatem WC. Aktuell steht das Zimmer Nr. 1 zur Neuvermietung bereit. Alle Zimmer wie auch Küche und Bad sind komplett möbliert, die Betten verfügen über Matratzen und komplettes Bettzeug, die Zimmer sind einzugsbereit: Sie brauchen nur noch die Zahnbürste mitbringen! Die Zimmer werden "all inclusive" angeboten, d.h. alle Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten, ebenso inkl. einer sehr schnellen Internetverbindung. Darüber hinaus kommt eine Putzfrau alle 4 Wochen, um die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, Flur) zu reinigen. Dem dauerhaften WG-Frieden sollte somit nichts im Wege stehen. :) L A G E Frankfurt-Bockenheim... viel besser kann man als Neu-Frankfurter nicht wohnen. Die Leipziger Straße ist der HotSpot und das quirlige Zentrum des jungen Frankfurts mit unzähligen Läden, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants. Der wenige Minuten entfernte Grüneburgpark (bzw. der Palmengarten) ist die grüne Lunge des Stadtteils, hier kann man es aushalten! Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist perfekt: In 5 Laufminuten erreicht man die U-Bahn-Station "Bockenheimer Warte" von hier gelangt man mit der U6/7 in wenigen Minuten zur "Hauptwache" und anschließend zur "Konstablerwache. Mit der U4 gehts in Richtung "Hauptbahnhof". W G - L E B E N Die aktuelle WG hat sich 2021 gegründet. Aktuell wohnt ein 3er-Mädels-Team Mitte/Ende 20 in der Wohnung. Das verbleibende Team ist korenisch und deutsch, beide Young Professionals. Unser Interesse liegt in einem eher langfristigen Mietverhältnis, die genannten 6 Monate Mindestmietzeit sind als Untergrenze zu verstehen. S O N S T I G E S Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Kontaktaufnahme.
